Mary's House on the St. Joseph Church grounds is home to a Eucharistic Adoration Chapel. The chapel is accessible by code 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament is exposed for adoration in this chapel daily from 4 a.m. - 12 a.m. (midnight) Sundays through Fridays. Eucharistic adoration is suspended on Saturdays, but visitors are welcome to pray before the Tabernacle.
If you are interested in becoming a substitute or committing to a weekly hour, please contact Cheryl Guidry by phone (337) 207-9819, or email her at cherry0523@cox.net. To find out which weekly one-hour time slots are in need of adorers, please refer to the most recent bulletin, website, or FaceBook Page.
“Our communal worship at mass must go together with our personal worship of Jesus in Eucharistic adoration in order that our love may be complete.
"How great is the value of conversation with Christ in the Blessed Sacrament, for there is nothing more consoling on earth, nothing more efficacious for advancing along the road of holiness"!— Pope Paul VI, Mysterium Fidei
